She worked with us to craft a vacation that had the right balance of active and relaxing. The accommodations were so beautiful. Each of the guides was experienced, knowledgeable, flexible and kind. The drivers were excellent and polite. The vehicles were spotless. Adventure Indonesia arranged a perfect 2 weeks in Indonesia.

Thank you for the excellent arrangements for our trip and for monitoring the changes in the airline schedules. The trip exceeded our expectations with the bird and wildlife sightings.

Our guides Adam and Yanto in North Sulawesi were outstanding for their knowledge and for the extra effort they put in to maximize our sightings. Adam also made the difficult driving efforts to get us to Manado airport very early in the morning as a result of Lion Air’s sudden and extreme schedule change. The snorkelling at Bunaken and at Menjangan was very good. Bonuses were the dolphin sightings at Bunaken and the excellent underwater photographs at Menjangan and the sighting of the beautiful Javan Banded Pitta in West Bali.

The accommodation everywhere was very good. In general the food was quite good. The Bali team of Budiada and Bayou did a great job of getting us to our various destinations and meting us at the airports.

A note to thank you very much for your excellent organisation of our trip through Java.  All ten of our group enjoyed it so very very much. We agreed that it was even better than we had imagined it would be and we know that the success of our trip was due to your impressive arrangement of everything. It all worked so well.
Specifically, we note that the busy schedule fitted together seamlessly and comfortably and the train travel was comfortable and enjoyable. The bus was also great thanks to very good drivers. We found that every day had something new and interesting to see and do and there was never a moment of boredom.  Our enjoyment was due in part to Bowo’s wonderful guiding. He had a great knowledge of the places we visited and communicated so clearly and intelligently. It helped that he has such good English and that he was a very nice person to be with.  The guide you organised for Borobudur was also fantastic. The dance he did for us was a highlight. 

Of course, we were delighted with the way you fitted in with our group.  You became a great member of the team, and we loved having you with us. The hotels we stayed in were really comfortable and charming, some with beautiful old art décor features and interesting history.

We feel we should mention that we had difficulty understanding the guide, Mohammad Ali.  I suspect he has good knowledge, but his English let him down. He had to repeat himself several times to make sure we understood and this prevented him from holding our attention and communicating clearly. 

The only other slight negative to mention was the amount of food.  All the food was good to excellent, but at our age we eat less.  Perhaps a light lunch each day would have been better.  I accept however that this must be hard to judge because some people are huge eaters.

We found Adventure Indonesia by Googling.  I was impressed by your company’s references, and they turned out to be correct.  You are with an excellent organisation, and your talents will add to its success. I do hope we meet again in the future.  I will post a good review and recommend Adventure Indonesia to any of my friends visiting Indonesia.  If someone in Australia asks you for a reference will be delighted to help.

Hello Novi, We are back home in San Francisco.    We wanted to take the time to thank you, and your wonderful company, for allowing us to experience Indonesia in such a rich and varied way.   We thoroughly enjoyed all of the elements of the trip and learned so much about your lovely country.

We will, of course, spread the news about Adventure Indonesia and visiting Indonesia to our friends.   But I wanted to check and see if there was anything else I could do to help spread the word.  I noticed you have a Testimonial section on your site — would it be helpful to write something up about our experiences for this?  Also, I’d written Google reviews in the past and could post something there too if you think its relevant.     A few of the guides we had were extra special – do you recommend a site to write reviews on a few?

Also, thank you for the lovely gifts given to us by Made in Bali.   The tea and coffee are very welcome – we enjoyed both on our trip.  And the shirt is great for Holger, the scarf for me and the lovely map of Indonesia will find a special place in our home.
