We are flying back to Milan and we want to thank you for the wonderful experience we had in Indonesia. Everything worked well and when we had some little issue in Lombok we got quickly your strong support to solve it. Special thanks to Mr. Bintoro and Java’s driver.

Java’s trip was the most difficult part of our trip and they have been extremely professional to support us during the difficult days in Java with early morning wake up, long distances in the very crowded Java’s traffic. Mr. Bintoro has been the best guide we have never found in all our travels around the world and if we had an exciting experience with Mount Bromo, this is largely due to how he organized everything. For hotels, we really appreciated our experience at Ijen Cliff Resort located in an amazing location. Very good also the hotel at Borobodur.

We also had a very good experience at Kinaara resort in Pemuteran, with some special attention ( i.e. frangipani flowers collection at our arrival, Balinese dances during dinner, Indonesian food quality extremely good ) that we did not receive at 5 five stars hotel in Nusa Dua ( that was amazing ! ). Kinaara hotel was booked by me directly, but you should include in your list, your customers will be delighted. Special thanks to you for getting everything well organized and special thanks to Yanthi for supporting us in Lombok where we had some issues during our first trip to Gili Islands, promptly recovered with a second wonderful trip to Gili Meno and Gili Trawalgan. Dear Mr. Andri,
Once again, I wan to say thanks for all your assistance with this trip. I had a wonderful time and look forward to sharing information during my lecture series. As I mentioned before, the Borneo trip was wonderful.

I also enjoyed the Komodo trip. I am so glad that I saw both Rinca and Komodo Islands. The sunset Flying Fox adventure was also fantastic. I was impressed with the skill that the crew displayed navigating the waters in the dark when we returned to my hotel. One suggestion that I have is to reverse the snorkeling and Rinca Island visit so that visitors can see the dragons in the morning when it is cooler and they are a little more active.

The crew was skilled, friendly and the meals were excellent. The guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. He was also a good spotter – he saw a snake catch a lizard, which I would have missed. Everything was great and I will pass on your information to my friends who are considering travel to Indonesia. My first lecture is in early November, so my presentation will be ready by the end of October.
