Your team did a great job and they were very helpful. My wives condition and our leaving early had nothing to do with your tour group. We were actually considering cancelling the Borneo trip when we were in Yogyakarta. Tina and Bowo were great guides. The staff were very helpful helping us with everything and especially changing the flights last minute. Thank you for organising the trip. You should create a trip advisor pages so we can provide your company with a good review. If you create pages we will rate the trip. I think you should label them as two separate things. I hope you are well. I just wanted to say a big thank you for arranging our trip. We are now back in Singapore safe and sound. We had an incredible time, all four of the guys on the boat were fantastic (food was very good) and all the activities were mind blowing. The one and only negative to the trip was the A/C units which we couldn’t use for the duration of the trip. When the electricity was working the A/C unit when switched on would cause the generator to make a huge noise and shake the boat- not great when you are trying to sleep. The generator was also switched off around 2 am and so there was no power even for the fan during the night. I only mention this as it was an extra cost to us and we really don’t feel it was worth it. However, as I say we had an amazing time, and will be highly recommending you to our friends. Now, let’s talk about Borneo… 😀

Hi Joan,
We were very happy with all the aspects. While accommodation was simple, we understood this would be the case, so there were no surprises, even at the beach. Dany was great and the drivers, Rian for our bus and Johnny for the van, were very good. Rian, was very careful and kept the bus very clean. Meals were very good local style, and Dany was able to find places that suited our interests and tastes. We had made suggestion to improve the picnic lunches by having hot water for coffee/tea.
Meeting weavers and dyers was definitely a highlight of the journey and having Dany explain the stories was perfect.
