Historical Sites
The Fort Victoria stands as a testament to the island’s tumultuous history. Built by the Portuguese and later taken over by the Dutch, it offers panoramic ocean views. Nearby, the Museum Siwalima houses artifacts that narrate the island’s rich heritage, from prehistoric times to the colonial era.
Enjoying the Pristine Beaches
Ambon is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in Indonesia. From the white sands of Natsepa Beach to the tranquil waters of Liang Beach, there’s a spot for every beach lover. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the island’s natural beauty.
Exploring the Underwater World
Like Jailolo, Ambon boasts incredible snorkeling and diving spots. The clear waters and rich marine life make it a haven for underwater enthusiasts. Explore the vibrant coral reefs and encounter a variety of marine species, from colorful fish to majestic sea turtles.
Flight from Makassar and arrival in Ambon. Meet with the guide at the airport and go directly to the Siwa Lima Museum to see information about the history and culture of Maluku. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Continue the tour to Peninsula Leihitu, Land of Kings, to see Fort Amsterdam (old Portuguese and Dutch colonies in Maluku) and stop at Old Mosque (unique architecture from the 14th Century and still use now), and also stop at Old Church, all on the same village (Hilla & Kaitetu Village) back to Ambon city and continue to local resto for dinner while enjoying the sunset on Ambon bay, back to the hotel and rest.

After breakfast, you will be picked up again for sightseeing around Ambon city. We will visit Fort Victoria, the oldest fort built by Portuguese colonists. Some objects, like old paintings, remains of large cannons, and statutes, can be found on the site. We will also visit a local market and try the local dish called papeda, a stretchy gooey dish made of sago that is usually eaten with yellow fish soup. Return to hotel for rest overnight.

Pick up from your hotel to Talehu port to catch a fast boat to Banda Neira for a 5-hour journey. Arrive in Banda Neira around 14.00, check-in at your hotel, and take a walk around Banda Neira to historical places such as Fort Nassau, an older fort below Belgica that has been left in its original, unrestored condition and a much-used local shortcut path leads right across it.
Fort Belgica or Banda Neira's main sight, this restored Dutch fort stands on the hill above town overlooking the neighboring islands. It is quite well-kept, and you can wander around inside and climb its bastions freely. We will also visit The Old Church, Mini Palace, Hatta Exile House, and House of Culture. Overnights stay.

We start our journey by local transportation to visit the Greenside of Banda Island. The biggest plantation in Banda Besar. Continue walking to Holly Well by crossing around 100 steps. Then, we walk to visit the Big Plantation to see 300-year-old Tropical almond trees, then walk into the local plantation to see directly how local farmers harvest their nutmeg and cinnamon. Finally, it’s time to enjoy a cup of nutmeg coffee or cinnamon tea with spice cakes on a local plantation. Accommodation Plan: The Maulana Banda Neira
After breakfast, we leave for the famous Ay island (40 minutes by speedboat) to see another nutmeg plantation and Fort Revenge. From here, proceed to the famous Rhun island that used to exchange with New York in 1660 between The Dutch and the British. Lunch at Nailaka Atol and do some snorkeling and then back to Neira.

Breakfast at your hotel then check out. We proceed to Ambon using Fast Boat departs at 09.00 for 5 hour's journey. Arrive in Talehu Port, you will be transferred to your hotel for rest overnight. Note : Banda Neira – Tulehu only departs every Sunday, 09.00 – 13.00.
